Return Policy

for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or the
goods are faulty or damaged, simply return it in its original packaging
within 14 days. Please ensure that it is packed and labeled carefully
so that it is not damaged or lost in transit as the goods are at your
risk until they are returned to us. This does not affect your statutory
rights.

If you are in any way not satisfied with the products you have ordered, Handmade Interiors guarantees to give you a full 100% refund provided that the products are returned unused, in their original condition, including all packaging and documentation, within 14 days of purchase. Returns should follow the instructions detailed below.
If the product has been damaged on delivery to you, Handmade Interiors guarantees to replace the products, on receipt of the damaged goods from you. Damage returns must also be made within 14 days of purchase, and should follow the instructions detailed below.
For obvious hygienic reasons , consumable goods such as soaps, mitts, cannot be returned if the package has been opened and/or any of the product used.

Postage is payable by the customer for all returns.
The product will be your responsibility until it reaches Handmade Interiors. For
your own protection we recommend that you send your parcel registered
or insured for the value of the product.
Do not forget to enclose a printed copy of your Order Confirmation Email OR the original packing note with which the product was shipped.
